I know a lot of us have purchased tickets for the Bac. Party and good thing because now that the holidays are over this trip is gonna creep up quick!! If for any reason you need flight numbers, times or airports - I've posted the information on the right for quick reference!

Bridal Wars!
Yup! You guessed it! (maybe not, but I'll pretend you did)
Albany Crossfit is hosting a friendly competition for teams of 3 (1 bride and 2 kickass bridal booty teammates). Jackie, Lindsey and I are going to be bringing the big guns to win some prizes on November 13th.
3 events, 10 prizes, and bragging rights...obviously bragging that our team has the hottest bride.

Thank you ROSS!!!
So incase Jackie hasn't informed you already, Ross has finally approved all necessary days off for the wedding activities....Puerto Rico, wedding and honeymoon. The whole sha-bang! Jeeez, thanks Ross, It's only the biggest day of her life. She will devote herself to one man (ok, legally devote, we all know it's always been one) Till death do they part. (Normally I'd make a remark about divorce here, but come on...It's Jackie and Bryan we are talking about here) Through sickness, health and vicious* hangovers. For the good, bad and utterly embarassing times. Through happiness, sadness and nasty moodswings. Through dirty dishes, smelly bathrooms, and Bryan's crazy antics. Through juggling families & holidays, neices & nephews, and sisters & brothers. Ok you get the idea. Through and for it all. They accept eachother as they are, and share a rare love. We should all be thankful that Ross recognizes that magnitude of this union!

May 27th-30th, Puerto Rico Bitches! (the plan is to leave from NYC Friday Am and return Monday)

Ghosts Eat Free
I hope everyone had a chance to catch the Cansfield Casino featured on the Syfy Channel's Ghost Hunters last night...yes, even you Jess (scaredy pants).
Now, I am a strong believer in supernatural forces but generally I take got-something-to-prove reality shows like Ghost Hunters with a grain of salt...However the only salt I'll be taking is to the Casino to ward off evil spirits.
You may be wondering what qualifies me to make a judgment on this....Hello...I've seen Ghost Busters like 20 times, obviously I'm an expert. On a serious note, there are some spooky places in the capital region and I have toured them all. And by 'toured' I mean trespassed in the middle of the night looking for proof of spooks. Mostly notably Forest Park Cemetery in Troy. Creepy. I'll spare you the details of my accounts until another time, but notably paranormal-ish and worth checking out... for all you thrill seekers.
I was pretty surprised by the believability of the show's findings. They seemed to have experienced some legitimate spooks on camera. Catch the summary here.
Well needless to say...if you can't find me at the reception, I've snuck to the 3rd floor...hopefully it won't be a ghost pulling my hair tho (; wink wink ;)

Welcome Hotties!
Updates, helpful hints, fun facts and quick kick-ass workouts to keep us all feelin good is what this is all about!
I am so excited about the wedding and needed an outlet to express all my pent up energy (cough, cough.) Luckily, I have a perfect reason to talk about love, weddings, being healthy, and maybe a little dirty fact from time to time (don't act like you all don't have your minds it the gutter too).
Jackie and Bryan's nuptials are the event-of-the-year. I have already been asked if I need a date...by a few guys...I may start an auction on E-Bay. With just over 8 months to go it's time to 'Pump Up the Volume' (cheesy reference, I know. Get used to it.) So check back often...lots of good stuff to come.
